NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE
The El Oso Water Supply Corporation Board of Directors held a public meeting on September 9, 2025, and voted to increase rates for water service to all members by 1%. Future growth and increased supply costs are contributors to the rate increase. Additionally, state and federal regulations require public water systems to save for future capital improvements while maintaining existing storage & production capacities, facilities and infrastructure.
The rate increase will be implemented on April 01, 2026. The letter that was sent to members is attached below.
